Parent Meeting will be scheduled at Vanier on the field on Sunday May 4th as follows

Here is the 2025 Parent Welcome information for your review. Upon arriving at the field on your child's first evening please make your way to the tables set up on the track and you will be directed to the grid your child has been assigned to for the 2025 season where your coach / coaches will be waiting for you.
Hello & Welcome Parents,
Welcome to JJ Soccer and our Excelsior FC 2025 programs. We are looking forward to a great season for our Developmental Training Center players. I have included the schedule below for you to review your training / game times.
Field Location:
We will be training and playing at Vanier Collegiate Field located at 324 MacDonald Street West. The entrance and parking area is on the west side of the field. This is also known as the student parking lot.
Developmental Training Center Programs:
U-9 DTC (2016-2017) Tues & Thurs 6:00 - 7:15 pm April 29 - June 19
U-11 DTC-Girls (2014-2015) Mon & Wed 7:15 - 8:30 pm April 28 - June 18 (Session will run on Monday May 19th)
U-11 DTC-Boys (2014-2015) Tues & Thurs 7:15 - 8:30 pm April 29 - June 19
U-13 DTC Girls (2012-2013) Mon & Wed 7:15 - 8:45 pm April 28 - June 18 (Session will run on Monday May 19th)
U-13 DTC Boys (2012-2013) Tues & Thurs 7:15-8:45 pm April 29 - June 19
U-15/17 DTC Girls (2008-2011) Mon & Wed 7:15 - 8:45 pm April 28 - June 18 (Session will run on Monday May 19th)
U-15/19 DTC Boys (2006-2011) Tues & Thurs 7:15 - 8:45 pm April 29 - June 19
Goalkeeper DTC (2008-2016) Tuesdays 4:30 - 5:30 pm April 29- June 17
Equipment Needed:
Please note the following information as this will make both you and your child’s experience more enjoyable during our soccer season. Please have all players bring soccer cleats or good running footwear for a grass surface, shin guards, soccer socks, shorts, shirt with sleeves, and water for on field training and game sessions. I would also encourage you to have bug spray, sunscreen, and a hat for the younger players. Your child may bring their own ball if they wish, just please put their name on it. We do have additional soccer balls for use during training if your child does not have one.
Training/Game Cancellations:
Should it be necessary to cancel any training or games, we will communicate via email from our Ramp website. We take several factors into consideration when cancelling a session, such as what the field conditions are like, what is the future forecast, and the current temperature. Depending on the situation we may cancel a session for the younger groups but still train with an older group, so please note the group your child is in. For weekday training and Sunday evening adult games, cancellations will be issued between 4:30-5:00 pm.
Bathroom Facilities:
We will have between one & two portable bathrooms that are cleaned weekly and located by the main field connected to the white shed with the red roof.
Field Preparation Day:
We are going to work from 1-5:00 pm on Sunday April 27th with pizza and drinks at 4:30 pm. Please bring a wheelbarrow and shovel if you have one. If not, we have other work that will keep you busy. Please email jjsoccerltd@gmail.com to confirm your attendance at this event.

U-9 Rec & DTC coaching clinic 6:15-9:00 pm Wednesday April 23rd
Travel Weekends are scheduled as follows for the 2025 Outdoor season.
Your Coaches and managers will be in touch shortly to confirm your attendance to these events and budgets will be confirmed shortly.

Saskatoon May 30-June 1st
Yorkton June 6-8th
SSA Cup in Saskatoon U-13 and up potentially June 13-15th
